Our mission

seeking to provide today's young adults with an ambition-focused community and one-on-one mentorship with business professionals.

In a perfect world, all young people would have adults in their lives to help them navigate important questions and decisions. Since this isn’t a perfect world, our vision at Magi Initiative is to step into the gap and connect young indivuals with each other and with qualified mentors who can help them see the path ahead more clearly. We hope to be an advocate for today's young adults finding their path. The one-on-one time between mentors and mentees is the core of our program, but we also want to provide fun and educational opportunities to create a supportive community for everyone involved. For that reason, we are excited to announce that we will be providing monthly Communitiy Gatherings for all participants. We believe that these kinds of connections are absolutely essential to the personal and professional development of all people.
